We got 2018 off to a great start by working with the University of Nottingham!

On 17 January Flourish delivered an uplifting and inspiring workshop on well-being for more than 80 women from across the University, all of whom were starting a 6-month Women’s Development Programme.  The workshop took place in the Sir Colin Campbell Building on the University’s Jubilee Campus.

The workshop, which was highly interactive, was designed to ensure that the women had a great learning experience, as well as having some time for sharing and self-reflection.

Participants gained a shared understanding of what is meant by ‘well-being’; spent time considering their well-being wants and needs; created personal and team well-being plans; and experienced activities that generated well-being in the moment.
